Buon giorno! In 1990 (I have no idea exactly when), Mie and Kei starred in a delightful television special where they went on a whirlwind tour of Italy. The girls had begun their trip in Paris where Kei had been living while recording her amazing solo album, "Voice Cologne", and it was form there that the girls rode the rails in luxury to Italy and proceeded to see several of the country's most fabulous cities like Rome and Milan. Mie and Kei, acting at times more like schoolgirls on a class trip, chatting, giggling, holding hands, etc. rather than sophisticated women in their early 30's as they gazed and gawked at the sights like typical awestruck tourists, shopped in ritzy stores, dined in elegant restaurants, met a couple of handsome guys, and even did an unplugged version of "Pepper Keibu", dance routine and all at a dinner party held in their honor. For anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful taste of Italy with our favorite pop heroines, then this charming feature is most definitely for you to nom on! Ciao! |
